My Story.
 My Mission.

The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new. 


I am a fitness professional, residing in the great state of Colorado, splitting time between the Front Range and Vail. I have a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals to build a better life. Each day  I am driven to help inspire, guide and lead fitness enthusiasts and experience seekers alike, to exploring their potential and visions of health and wellness.  My life becomes more fulfilled everyday, knowing I have made a difference in someone’s life.

I have been a competitive athlete for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Baltimore, MD, a lacrosse hotbed, it wasn’t hard to be consumed with sports and health. I started playing soccer, basketball and lacrosse at a very young age and have never really let off the gas.  My world has constantly revolved around health and fitness, from youth all the way to the present time.


I have been an endurance athlete for the past two decades, with my most recent focus on Xterra off-road triathlon.  This competition has inspired me to continue to push the limits of my human spirit, and to work hard to take myself to the very height of my potential.  I have competed at the highest level in Xterra, winning the 2015, 2016 national title in my age group.  I continue to thrive in this sport and the places it allows me to visit and experience.

I have also been a coach for quite a long,  helping young kids learn and excel at lacrosse. In addition, I guide and coach adults to set and achieve goals to help them improve their health and wellness. I have always had a knack for teaching what I’ve learned throughout my journey of achieving a high level of physical and mental wellness.  My athletes, I hope, feel the passion I bring to every session and in turn have an inner drive to help themselves become the best they can be.  I take tremendous pride in my coaching because it’s something I will continue to do well after my competitive days are over.

I have come to realize that experiences are what make up our world.  That being with a fitness professional, or a guide of sorts, is an experience that makes our world better.  I believe that if I can create a really great experience for my clients, whether it’s training, coaching, or taking them up on the most majestic mountain view, it will last a lifetime, and they will have benefited from my drive and my passion.  I will continue to evolve as an athlete, coach and teacher, and lead each client to really great experiences for a long time.
